Simply outstanding service and support

Rob and his team have been absolutely fantastic and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. We placed an order with them for a large number of Paxton Net2 installations at quite short notice for a school during the school summer holidays which Vivid not only accommodated, but also went above and beyond when the job turned out to be far more substantial than originally thought, even working over a bank holiday to get the job completed in time for us. Rob also provided a lot of invaluable guidance and advice throughout and after the install. Very happy and grateful customer!

Outstanding service

The service from Vivid and Rob in particular is second to none. He supports our back up broadband, Paxton door control, intruder alarm and annual PAT. Phones and VOIP will in all likelihood move to Vivid as well when the contracts are due for renewal. Outstanding service, always available on the end of the phone, any urgent site visits are attended to same day/next day depending on the time of the call. Very highly recommended
